The Emerging Hydrogen Economy 

The past decade has seen the rise of renewable energy such as wind and solar. What will be the “next big thing” as the world shifts to a low carbon future? So far, indications point towards hydrogen energy. The Hydrogen Council estimates that by 2050, hydrogen would provide 18% of the world’s total energy needs, with annual sales in the hydrogen fuel cell market reaching USD 2.5 trillion and creating 30 million jobs globally.
