In this Low Carbon Cities Webinar session, curated by the GTALCC Project under UNDP Malaysia and the Ministry of Environment and Water (KASA), we’ll be discussing in detail on the topic of CO2 Inventory, specifically on the issue of benchmarking said inventory for cities. Benchmarks are used in climate policy instruments to set targets and thresholds for environmental performance, and to determine the distribution of instrument benefits and obligations, in the form of implementation of carbon tax policies.
